Citrus
We select fresh Egyptian oranges, many from our own farms. They are sorted, washed, checked, waxed (if required) and graded in our packing house and are checked at every stage by our quality control staff. Subsequently they are packed in cartons or nets according to the size of the oranges and customer specifications. The tables below show the seasonal availability of each variety of orange, and the number of fruit that can be packed per carton as a function of their diameter.
Potato
A fresh sized potatoes in different sizes
Onions
Also known as brown onion, is a variety of dry onion with a strong flavor. They have a nice balance of astringency and sweet in their flavor.
Garlic
Produces large bulbs with approx. 10-15 cloves per bulb. The bulb is covered in bright white papery skins.
